Healing time of a broken nose?

Hey guys, got my nose broken on Thursday night. Went to the hospital had it put back in place with no issues.

I asked the doctor how long before I can spar again and he told me 4-6 weeks. Anyone have experience on the healing process and getting back into the ring?

I was kind of hoping to get a boxers opinion, not to be unfair to doctors but many times in my life they have been very wrong.
