@6:45 of the video, I like how Tszyu explains the breathing technique he uses. That was very important and useful information.

I found his video far more educational and helpful than any of the others I have seen. Usually, the boxer will just start throwing full speed combos right off the bat trying to impress you more than trying to teach you.

This one actually teaches you how to start with simple repetitive movements.
