It works. I tried it in the store before. Feels awkward to have your wrists rotating while doing pushups but it still works.

Is it better than a normal pushup? I don't know. I didn't feel too much of a difference. Maybe less strain with the perfect push up.

I like the iron gym better. plus it can do more exercises.

there were no perfect pushups in jail and the pushups we did worked just fine

i like using them because i have bad wrists and they kinda relieve the pain.
