just work on it, use supersets, and don't forget the more free movement you use, the stronger it will get because of your size. your reach generates power, so think of different variations on the pullup, rope pulling, climbing.

      On Biceps...

First of all, understand that bicep size has very little to do with boxing abililty or punching power. Back in the 1980's Soviet research proved that the bicep adds virtually nothing to a punch, while the tricep, hips, and of course shoulders add much. That being said, your reach has nothing to do with your potential bicep size. The length of your muscle belly dictates potential size. Arthur Jones proved this in the 1970's. To get an idea of your potential bicep size, "make a muscle". Then see how big the gap is between your bicep and the crook of your elbow. The bigger the gap, the less potential you have. If you insert more than two fingers into that gap, you have poor potential. Top bodybuilders literally have no gap, with the bicep actually touching the elbow crook. I hope this helps.

If you want bigger muscles you need to train heavy and consume more calories than you burn. Start out with a 300/400 kcal surplus. Make sure at least 30% of your intake consists of proteins.
