    Hey what exercises do you do on the days that you are not boxing?

    Jump rope, shadowbox, push ups, pull ups, running, explosive jumping leg workouts, crunches...im actaully training every single day u could say...but note always withouth weights as well.

      a few bodyweight exercises, push ups, crunches, dips and walking. personally i think jump rope/running is too intense if you're trying to rest your body
