I am just cutting it for the USA's (state). Though if I win, regionals isn't January. But I am trying to make 125. I am tall and lanky so it is kind of hard. Once I get to about 128 it get's tough. But I will watch my sodium intake for sure.

I drink no water during training, and probably a glass after. Then a salad after practice and won't go to bed for about 3 hours. I drink a lot of water during the day. I will switch to 5 small meals a day. Big breakfast.

Oh, and I am at 133 now. Dropped 3 and a half since last time I weighed last Thursday.

    Thanks for your help.

I have to drop from almost 160lbs sometimes to make the 135lb class (By cutting weight) And I am in shape when I do it!!! I do that by eating alot of oranges nd watching my sodium and by drinking very little water during and after workouts! If you do not have to do that I would not reccomend that (because it sucks) !!

To just lose the weight, I would suggest 5 to 6 small meals a day with alot of protein, eat smart by watching youre fat and Carbs, everyone is right about the running in the morning before breakfast the reason for that is youre body is very low in sugar in the morning, therefore making youre body more effecient in burning fat! Also never eat right before bed, program youre meals to where you have not eaten anything at least a couple of hours before bedtime

All good advice just let me run with that. It is best to eat most of your carbs before 4-5 p.m. because after working out your body obvioulsy slows down and will turn unburned carbs causes insulins swings. (fat gets stored) and sometimes a good fatburner helps stunt the appatite abit. Good luck Peace out.

man u gotta drink heaps of water. This sound but i sometimes substtitue meals for water(sometimes breakfast), that way u just piss out whateva u drink without puttn weight on, drastic times call for drastic measures, i lost 30 pounds to make weight, so i know.
running in daytime in tracksuit pants like helps acceleration of wieght loss, but be sure 2 drink plenty of water, cos i have come close to collapsing while running during midday.
