  • What can I eat to be full and still drop weight

    I am dropping weight down to 125 for mens USA's state tourny. I have about a month to do it. I am 136.5 right now. I just want to know if I can drop weight but still eat, and what do you recomend to feast on for the next month.

    if ur already in trainin and stuf den al u can do is eat sensible, try to eat 4 5 times daily, but each meal being smaller dan ususal

    also do a small run in da mornin wen u wake up DEN wat breakfast

    these 2things increase ur metabolism and wil therefore mean u lose weight

    safe!

      I run about 3 miles a day, mostly in the morning, and eat about 2-3 times a day. Nothing big at night (that is what kills me, I am usually starving after practice). In the past I can get down to about 128 without starving, but I am a little bigger, so we'll see. Thanks for the reply tho.

        wel make sure u do a steady run inda mornin b4 breakfast
        and instead of eatin 3 bug meals a day, eat 5 small.

        trust me u'l c results within a few days.

        and one more thing, cut out any **** u eat (chocolates, fastfood etc)

          i just denied donuts today, sigh, and I'll go to 5 small a day and try it out. I have usually two salads, chef or ceaser, once for lunch and once after practice, and then something for breakfast. If I have time I'll eat a good one, if not, cereal.

            Breakfast and after workout should be your biggest meals. Make the ones in between small ones. I recommend about 6 meals a day.

              let me give u a example of wa u can eat n do:

              wake up
              do a steady run
              eat cereal

              eat a fruit bar 3hours later

              eat sandwitches 3hours later

              eat a light snack few later

              den go training
              n within an hour after, have jacket pataoes n eggs or fish etc etc

              n drink water throughout da day, u need it!

              u get da idea...

                you can eat tons off veggies and pretty much chicken breast while losing weight.

                  Well are you trying to cutt water or are you just trying to lose the wieght for good??

                  I have to drop from almost 160lbs sometimes to make the 135lb class (By cutting weight) And I am in shape when I do it!!! I do that by eating alot of oranges nd watching my sodium and by drinking very little water during and after workouts! If you do not have to do that I would not reccomend that (because it sucks) !!

                  To just lose the weight, I would suggest 5 to 6 small meals a day with alot of protein, eat smart by watching youre fat and Carbs, everyone is right about the running in the morning before breakfast the reason for that is youre body is very low in sugar in the morning, therefore making youre body more effecient in burning fat! Also never eat right before bed, program youre meals to where you have not eaten anything at least a couple of hours before bedtime
