do they help with speed and are they really noticeable as far as pad and bag work? are they worth it and has anyone tried them?

Never used them. As I have wrist/ankle weights that take the place of that. However, they should improve your hand speed. You can't expect to see increases if you give anything less than 100% while training with them though.


And.... I totally agree with your sig. Kobe is the best ever period.
