    I wouldnt bother asking this here mate.

    You'll only get a load of Trollscience and Broscience.

    "Don't do weights"
    "Creatine will only fill you with water"

    etc etc etc

    Further to what Danny Gunz said, Boxing is one of the most backward sports when it comes to weight lifting.

    You mentioned about being natural, creatine is still natural mate, it's in food, so taking creatine doesn't suddenly make your muscles synthetic.

    I've taken Creatine before and will take it again at some point, some people experience a loss of strength but my lifts are still increasing and I haven't taken creatine all year.

      OP: just train hard (correctly), rest, eat right, and save your money, that will get you where you want to be. Dont be fooled, there are no shortcuts.
