I ordered a pair of gloves for my son's birthday weeks ago.
I've no idea if they will arrive in time.
I've yet to receive even one reply to my order status inquires (via email) and the
'Showroom' telephone number is never answered - not even by an answering machine.
This seems extremely unprofessional to me.
What's the point of having one of the best (of its kind) products yet having terrible customer service to the point of which they won't spend $25 on a phone machine?
