              You should definitely abstain from sex totally while training for a fight or if you are about to spar. It makes your legs weak and everything will be harder for you. Hopkins went 2 years without sex before in his career.

                      Guys, let me clear it. All this old school of thought is BS. It is well proven that it does no harm. It is no different than anyother form of exercise as far as the body is concerned. And as far as decreasing testostrone and **** like that...bull****. Does nobody remember the famous.....WET DREAM.... hmmmm. Guess what. You have many more than you think. Most people do not remember their dreams, wet ones included. Sex or not, you WILL lose your load. There is no way around it.
