Hi,
my sports health site (Combat Athletes & Sports Health) has a small section on nutrition. I can't leave you the link because I haven't made enough posts yet, but if you google it, it's the first hit. If there are specific questions that aren't answered yet, contact me via that website's contact form and chances are you'll find an appropriate article within a few weeks.

Hope that is a start.
