Just a quick update on my shadow boxing for anyone that's still interested to see this stuff. I was a little pissed off for no reason and decided to channel my anger through working out and throwing hundreds of punches. This was yesterday towards the end of the workout. Like usual tips and constructive criticism is always welcome.
