      tim bradley ran 22 miles once on the day of a weigh in without thinking about it. once he came to and realized what he was doing he stopped and got a ride home in a car.
      rocky marciano used to run 12 miles a day during training to keep weight off and stay in shape to keep his power in late rounds

        ALright thanks guys I thin I've got it.


        I have to eat more frequently , and understand that my body will get used to the diet meaning I have to raise the bar gradually each time, My workouts are fine But running is definitely a must, and watch wat i eat in general.
