i think everyoen should see this topic not only for respect of the creator of these lessons , but just because they are great lessons, they helped me a lot with my boxing, and i come and look at them n read the directions to perfect my moves

I agree. These instructions were better than the two books I bought. Way better. Does anyone know if he pulled these from an instructional book? So sorry that the guy died in a car accident. Damn that's sad.
