Its not difficult. 2 Longer runs 9-12 miles (Tuesday after work before tea and Saturday afternoon). Plus speed work 3-5 miles at least the other three days ( 1/4, 1/2 or mile reps ). The rest is made up on occassion with runs to and from work on dry sunny mornings (3.4 mile trip there and back).
It just takes some life planning and elbow grease......
