Been having this shin splint type of forearm pain while working out for the past week now. It been occuring when i do pulling movements. Especially when i do any time of bicep curl i get a stinging pain in my middle forearm area that stays for a couple seconds after i let the weight go then it goes away. its never really happened before and ive been lifting for a long while now. i know its not from a sudden rise is weight cuz im keeping the weight to a normal. really starting to annoy me. any ideas of what it could be?
