And go with Campeons, 12oz. Just got mine in today (coach has been swearing by them forever), found them for 50 bucks, ringside usually has them for 60-70.

And then get the campeon sparring gloves as well, they're 60 bucks right now. Haven't used them yet but probably gonna pick up a pair for when my other ones wear out.
