I'm new to this site and have been reading through the forums with interest. i see there is plenty of knowledge here.
I currently weigh 232 lbs and hope to be fighting in early Sept at either 91kg/200lbs or 86kg/190lbs in a novice tournament.
I have fought before many years ago at 91kg and lost by decision.
Have started training at a boxing gym and running 5-6 miles 3 x a week.
Do you have any advice on what to focus on during my training? I would like to perform well.
