Pain in my hands when I punch the heavy bag

Wow, thanks to all of you and special thanks for your contribution, New England. I definetely have to buy heavier gloves, those people in the shop said these would be fine, but that clearly wasn't true. How do I send you some green points (or something like that to thank you ).

How do you take care of a bag? Depending on the filling nearly all bags will settle with the filling at the bottom after some time.

Well if its indoors then It doesn't matter, but if its outdoors make sure you take it down after using it or if it starts raining so it it won't soke up and move towards the bottom.

my hands are killin me now but its nothing i cant deal with, if the pain is to bad it may be the way ur punching, remember its a punching bag every punch does not have to be 100%
