Broken hand question

Went and broke my hand last night like a numpty, so pissed off! Question tho once u have broken a hand is it more prone to breaks from then on, is the hand weaker after having a break?

Havent had an X ray yet bud but the nurse reckons ive broken it behind my pinky and ring finger on the back of my hand. What u think? Im still recovering from a fractured finger too (middle same hand) so it aint ****in good lol

Get an x-ray first before you do anything. Might not be broken.

Had my X-ray today, they said it looks like it looks like an old brake but they will treat it as new. Ive never broken my hand before tho, only fractured one finger, then again they also said ive had a broken wrist before which was news to me too lol

What a pain in the ass this is man, no boxing, no weights and ive also gone and got shin splints lately so no running

Still on the bright side no work

i thought when it heals and stuff the bones get even harder and should be LESS prone to breaking. anyway its not a big deal. make sure you wrap your wrist more times and wrap them tighter. you can also tape them
