Cant move finger

hi,

just had my first boxing lesson, walked out at the end.. 40 mins later realize my hole left hand is stuck in a glove holding kind if position, there is one finger at the left if small finger which i can hardly move at all, im left with one dead hand, (its my left hand which i use for jabbing, right hand is fine).

please say this is normal for beginners?

Doesnt sound normal at all to me, is your hand cramping or is it just unable to move?

all you need to do is to ask to your couch, simple

try massaging it. You probably pulled a ligament or something. If it was broken it would hurt alot.
