thanks for taking time man...most of what you said I agree with, gotta do more sparring to get sharper, and gotta attack more without being scared of givin him some points...

i think these guys need some work that is my opinion as they are both throwing wild bombs that can be seen coming from a mile away the other guy in the ring looked like he was falling asleep

I guarantee if you ever actually set foot in a ring yourself, you'd be falling asleep pretty quickly too

Nice vid, I enjoyed it. Great to see Freitas still involved in boxing also, lucky for you to have a guy like that around!

Isn't popo frietas a legit legend in brazil?

he was a hell of a fighter who was in some great fights, but if i remeber correctly he had a mainstream following in brazil and was one of their most beloved athletes during his tenure as a world class fighter

that's quite the opportunity, having him around your work in the gym

                i hope he's doing well

sparring looked good. keep up the good work

Before I ask this, I'd like to note that I probably have less experience than just about anyone on this board. That said, around 1:30 you had him in the corner and yet you backed off and let him back out again. Now I'm eyeballing it, but it seems to me like he's a little bigger than you, which makes me wonder. Any reason why you did that?

he walked in and took a good shot which shifted his weight backwards and the other guy kept swinging, at least thats what it looks like to me.
