the ones that you feel most comfortable with try a couple out and get a feel for them then you and only you will know what is best for you

winning are the best gloves for sparring or bag work. grants are also great for sparring or bag work. pro mex is pathetic dont buy it, sucks ****.
the grant gloves you posted are low end ones (campeon). dont get them
