    Training Gear?

    Hi, I will start my training MMA next 2 weeks. What are some MMA gear that very helpful excepts gloves, knee pads, and helmet? Just the basic gear for training purposes only. Thanks a lot.

                  well for kickboxing or boxing sparring, get yourself some ringside IMF tech gloves, that's what we CAN tell you here.
