  • Tai Chi

    Anybody tried this?

I've been trying it recently, makes me feel very relaxed

Also I was stuck on 15 pull-ups max for awhile, after a few sessions of Tai Chi I hit 20, just like that!

Yes. I learned some Yang style Tai Chi.

It's good for building functional strength. I particularily learned it for when I am old, I will still be able to practice my martial arts. Seeing how I won't be able to do the explosive stuff at 60+.

I have been practicing this for almost 15 years now. I do Chi Kung/Nei Kung (the meat of the tai chi)...which consist of yogic breathing and energy works/cultivation.

Yes it is very refreshing, healing and spiritual as well.
