    How to use double endbag?

Can anyone give me pointers on how to properly use the double end bag, what combos are best used, what to look out for and what to do etc...

I started by throwing jabbing and moving out of the way as if the ball was an opponent trying to counter after my jab as time goes on you can throw hooks and uppercuts but if your new to it just start with jab then a straight or a 4 punch combo with just straight punches hope i helped :P

yep follow that advice, double end bag is all about hand eye coordination and timing if your just starting out just keep throwing jabs at the bag repeatedly dont worry about crosses or hooks just throw jabs with different hands then double jabs and moving around the bag circularly while jabbing

Start off nice and light and build it up as you get more comfortable. Just remember you're hitting it, not bursting it. You're not working your power, you're working your timing and coordination.
