So after I got a really bad jammed thumb,
I went in the gym a couple days later and it was good enough to fight with, and I did pretty good in the gym.
The day after though, I felt a sharp pain in the middle of my left hand, and the middle of my right as well (the right had the jammed thumb).
Right in the middle, and bottom, of the palm if I punch it, it hurts pretty bad.
And every time I punched it's as if I was sapped of all the power I had, and it started to really pain me on every punch. It's just weird because I have NO idea what the heck it is, any ideas?
For the record, my trainer wasn't having me wrap my thumb or put any wrap inbetween my fingers if that would have anything to do with it, but I know we all wrap differently.
Ps: Don't think I have a low tolerance for pain because I asked questions like this. I'm just a beginner who really isn't sure what injuries to train through, what to not train through, and etc. I want to be the best, but to do that you have to be smart.
