  • Buying a heavy bag, double end...

I'm buying a heavy bag, double end bag and speed bag.

I like quality stuff yet I'm not ready to buy Winning...what do you recommend?

I've been training for about a year and I'm 81kg/180lbs.

Lonsdale or everlast are probably the best value for money.

Well I've pretty much figured it out with double end and speed bag but as for heavy bag I'm thinking a water based. Would you agree?

Ok so this one is not a great buy:

        How heavy should it be?

Btw I'm from Europe so looking for the EU dealer...

Get a real heavy bag not one that is filled with water, they are different.

Any one try a grain filled bag? I'm needing a bag at home and was thinking of just emptying the filling of a cheap light bag and packing it with Hulled oats..I Had a 50 pound bag of oat and was hitting it..Felt nice..with an even absorption of force..less than 10 bucks a bag it should hold a hundred pounds..Though might have to put some heavier weights on the bottom..

yeah I'm sure open to ideas with what to fill the bag with.

so any comments on how heavy should it be for me?
