I'm confused Are your needing to lose weight or make weight? Also what kind of training system requires you to be a certain weight to progress?..If your over 200 pound your weight fluctuates by many pounds on a daily basis..

Ok, this is what is happening, I am 31, 6'1'', and weight 222 right now, according to the Doctors my perfect weight is 183 lb, but in that weight I look TOO bony, I look like a drug addict and I dont like it and I dont feel confortable. Right now I fight as a heavy weight, if I want to change my weight division I need to go down to 190 lb(I dont want to).

At this moment I weight 222lb and I look like a regular chubby guy, if I go down to 205, that will be a weight I feel comfortable fighting, and I know my motivation will be on the top and I will be able to work and fight at full speed

If you wanna fight as a cruiser I would recommend having a daily weight average around 207 tell about a week before fight..dropping 8 pounds for a weigh in at that weight is no problem..Cruisers at fight time are almost always over 200..

I am back to the tuna diet for 7 days + cardio (less than 1000 calories per day)

Breakfast: An apple or a banana

Lunch: Tuna + white rice + light mayo

Dinner: Tuna + white rice + light mayo OR chicken breast OR stake

2L of water every day minimum.

Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday mornings I will go for a 45 minutes spinning class + light weight routine.

Tuesday - Night I will go to the gym.

Saturday Morning- 45 minutes free cardio + light weight routine

LETS SEE WHAT HAPPEN TO MY BODY WEIGHT AFTER THAT WEEK. any feed back more than welcome

Eat brown rice instead of white rice.

Also, I really would not recommend eating less than 1000 calories per day to anyone, especially someone who weighs 200+ lbs.

From what I've read, you're not trying to squeeze into a lower weight class, you just want to stay as a heavyweight but lose a few pounds. In which case I'd suggest you let the weight come off gradually.

Your body will require more than 1000 calories to get the most out of the exercise you're doing, your resting metabolic rate alone is probably double that amount. Add some good fats into your diet too.

                TKD1:

Hey man, I have you have to listen to what Dannnnn just told you. Eating less than 1000 calories a day especially at 200+ lbs is a very bad idea.

Do you work or go to school? Well, say goodbye to being able to do anything at either of those places. Your body NEEDS proper nutrition for everything - including getting in shape and losing weight.

Are you going to be alive and on earth a year from now? Yes? Good, then take a year and change your lifestyle. Otherwise what is most likely to happen is your gonna crash and binge and repeat that cycle over and over and never get anywhere. Soooooo a year from now you can be exactly where you want to be through the proper way, or you can mess your body up and get nowhere. The choice is yours.

I really appreciate your commends and suggestions, I am doing this diet only once a month, and the other days I have a regular diet. I want to go down to 205 because that was the weight I used to fight almost 2 years ago.

When I get there I can start working again on technique, POWER and SPEED, alot of SPEED, in my weight if you can combine Power with ALOT of speed, TONS of speed, you can kill.

And yes, I work, I work in a call center.
