    Sauna suit!!!

    I am doing cardio pretty hard, using sauna suit will make any difference? will it help some how?

    Helps get rid of water weight from what i have heard.. as soon as you drink again most likely it will come back. Depends what you do

        Long term its not gunna make much of a difference. It will make you loose weight quicker if your trying to make that weight but if your trying to lose the weight permanently that its not going to make you burn more calories. I personally like to get a real good sweat going when I get to the gym I usually wear sweats so I loosen up quicker but the sauna suit is for cutting weight.

          I need to be in 205 lb in less than 4 weeks, so I can start on the stage 2 from my work out.

            u only need it f u have 2 weigh in in like a few days.

            f u do it weeks out it does no good cuz it's just water weight that comes rite back on as soon as u fully hydrate. n terms of burning fat it does practically nothing.

                At that weight you should be able to get down at least 10 pound by sweating it out in the sauna and being voided..It's not good to to try and lose the water more than a couple days before the weigh in time.Though you can do a practice run to see how it works. It's pretty stressful on the System so I wouldn't punish your body more by using exercise to produce the water loose..Just do some longer cardio and watch the calories and you should be able to drop the few pounds of fat pretty easy..Unless your starting out though..Then your packing on a lot of muscle fast and the scale wont move or even go the wrong way.

                  I am doing spinning 3 times a week, because of my knees, I am going to the weight gym 4 times a week, and to gym 2 times a week, If I use the sauna suit the spinning days do you guys it will help me more to lose weight?

                    there are two ways to lose weight; the right way and the ****** way. All the sauna suit does is help you get dehydrated quicker. Drink water all you want, it won't replace the nutrients you need to train at an optimal level.
