    alright ppz,
    finding it hard to gain some good weight
    i train 7 days a week.
    i weigh 126, im 5'6
    anyone got some advice how to add some good weight so i have some fat to train on?

    Dude, try some weight gainer there is a very good one from Optimum Nutrition the name of the product I dont re call right now but it will help you alot, every shake has more than 1600 Calories, you can look for it at bodybuilding.com, it is a great website I buy alot of stuff from there.

      Try taking a day or two off. You can't train 7 days a week and expect to grow. besides that just eat more.
