        That can´t be the whole truth. Those are the examples, not their whole training routine. So don´t be surprised.

          cheers for the training regime posts guys, of course some training methods are kept under wraps, Roy jonesa senior said he wouldnt disclose Juniors training regime, becos it would be too much for the public

            Good insight. Interesting how Hatton does weights after training. It's the last thing I think aboout after training. Must help with his stamina/endurance i.e. still thumping Kostya by R11.
