Considering Two Products?

I am thinking about purchasing one of these two stands. I am new to boxing and would appreciate any advice about these products.

or

The Cornerman Bag Stand sold on Amazon.

i know of both products. i have no experience with either but am familiar since i have a heavy bag stand. i always want my own of everything....including equipment. unfortunately i do not like any standard heavy bag stand. you do not get any swing on the bag and they usually end up hanging way to low. I see the double trouble is adjustable and goes pretty high but still not enough in my opinion. the cornerman is expensive....do you live near a gym? i got rid of my heavybag at home because it just angered me. i now have a double end bag and a century free standing bag. if i were you i would either hang a bag(which is usually not possible if considering a stand..or get one of titles free standing bags)

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I can't hang a bag and going to a gym isn't really an option. I had never really considered a free standing bag, but I will look in to that. At the moment I am leaning towards the Cornerman stand. I like that I can stick it in a corner and I also like that I could move around the bag quite a bit. It looks like the arm extends to 8 feet high.

I am using Cornerman Bag Stand and dunno about the second one , But this one is pretty cool and good to use .

Is the Cornerman pretty stable? Also, since I am just starting about should I go for a 100lbs bag or maybe something like a 70lbs bag? I was looking in to the Title Classic Banana Thai Heavy Bag or the Everlast C3 Foam Heavy Bag.
