Go to YouTube and type in Ron Lipton boxing. There are about four or five. No one knows more about boxing history, training or technique than Lipton. He was sparring partner to **** Tiger, Rubin Carter, etc. The guy is is amazing shape for a man in his late 60's. He can still hit like a son of a gun.
