I got a catchweight bout at 150lbs, which is 68kg on sept 12th

im currently 65.5 and my trainer said eat how much you want so the bout goes thru

my fitness at the moment is very good, how can i put on a kilo or 2 without my fitness going down and gaining faT?

    thanks

just eat more calories then your normal intake is for instance you eat 2200kcals and you spend 1000kcals in training eat 4000kcals ( this is just an example you can check any online kcal intake calculator for better accuracy)

If want to get some weight fast, you can use weight gainers, there is a very good one from Optimum Nutrition but you need to buy the 10lb box, every milk shake has 1563 calories.

Mosley pulled out, Jokes in Hindi is now fighting Pacquiao.

I don't have any great advice for you, all I can suggest is that you eat a bit more than you normally would but make sure to keep it healthy. Is your diet already good? Don't use it as an excuse to eat McDonald's or anything like that. Maybe try eating a portion of almonds and walnuts throughout the day, they're fairly high in calories, also high in fat but it's good fat. I don't know really, just up your intake in general but keep it nutritional.

Also, perhaps you shouldn't worry too much about the weight. Don't force yourself to bulk up a bit just to match your opponent, box at the weight you feel most comfortable. I know that I'd rather feel fast and strong while giving away a bit of weight than feel sluggish and slower than usual just for the sake of matching my opponent's weight.

Anyway good luck to you, hope it all goes well.
