    if yes? why? any info good thanks!

    If you want to use ankle weights I will recommend you to please use them only if you are running on grass, like on a soccer field, or if you like to run in the Forrest, IF NOT it will f uck your knees, I can tell.

        Hand weights are great to run with. I have been told that ankle weights can cause fluid buildup in your knees if you do something like running with them and that a weighted vest is much better.
