hoe do you walk thru or ignore big shots and not get rattled. while sparring how long will it take u to get immune to big shots and not freeze up and what do you do when somebody pressures you

That's just experience you need. You have to spar spar and spar until you get comfortable in the ring.
Just keep on training, it will come

Lol you're not supposed to "ignore" big shots. Hats off to you if you can, but most people aren't even able to "walk through" a light jab, let alone a power punch. When someone's pressuring you the most important thing is to keep your cool and hit back (counter if you can)/ move your ass. You can only only get better at this if you do more sparring. Don't be scared to try things out.

Its not a factor of learning how to take big shots but how to defend agent them. If you do get caught with one you dont want to show that it hurt you thats true but you just need to spend time in the ring making sure you have a good trainer that can develop you.

More and more sparring, the more you're in there the better you will be. If your ferrying pressured stick that jab out there and feint. Bottomline though you need to spar more, the more you do it, the calmer you will be.

There are tips to being able to take a bigger punch, but it all comes with time and experience.

Rolling with the punch, or using your shoulders to absorb some of the blow, and most of all.. Being relaxed. If you are in there stiff and tense, a jab is going to feel like a boulder hitting you. If you are able to be relaxed, and have fun with it, your body will naturally be able to take those shots better opposed to if you were not.

The real question should be how to avoid big shots, not eat them. That comes with time and experience as well.

I was fortunate enough to not only after gifted athletic ability in all sports(Football all start RB/Cornerback, basketball travel point guard, baseball travel center field/pitcher, and boxing), but I was born into a boxing family and trained with former world champions / nationally ranked amatures at the age of 6. I always did my workouts by the ring when they were sparring, or within sight when they were working the bag / mitts.

I'd suggest watching the veterans of your gym while they are sparring. Don't just stand there either, shadow box.

There are tons of things you can do to avoid shots and what not. But me or anyone else sitting here writing in text isn't going to do you any good. I could show you videos, but that wont really help either. Until you have enough experience in the ring, and I am not talking about the gym. The gym is a comfortable setting, you need to have some real fights under your belt in front of a huge crowd. After that, you should be able to start to relax in the gym, and eventually in an actual fight.

You will one day be like, wow, I just did that? Like the little dips or pivots you see people perform with ease, and when you do them it feels and looks awkward as hell. One day, you'll just do it.

                    Breathing

Breathing is a big part of it, I have only a bit of sparring experience so far, but from from what I have done and from what people who i train with have said, I think it's important to be breathing correctly / deep as much as possible to stay relaxed in there. Especially when you take a big shot, deep breaths are essential to help stay calm & keep focus.
