you can't do that, unless you have 2-3 years non-stop experience. and if you start excually doing that, you will be ripped all over your body. you gain some speed/agility, your stamina is getting better, muscle punch (when you hit automaticly without thinking) and power punches. and if you are black, you will be even bigger and get ripped faster. I believe blacks naturally better athletes, you can find some vids like that with blacks. what they do is beyond me. crazy guys

i'm not trying to offend anyone, but I think old russian army training is BEst. it's all I do for muscles training, most people start at 14, and by the time they are 20, tehy have amazing body shape.

here is good example. - all you need is pul up bar and dips bar.

So you are saying don't ever use your legs in the gym? Doesn't make any sense. That guys has amazing upper body abilities but his chicken legs make him lose all credit. The power comes from the legs. Are we boxing or doing gymnastics?

and Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali and plenty other extremely powerful boxers NEVER used weights as part of their training. (Mike Tyson started to in jail),

Only thing weights will do is cause injury and slow you down, speed equals power!

like I mentioned before, squats, deadlifts, and lunges are acceptable in moderation, a boxers power comes from his speed and his legs, think of all the powerful boxers, if they didn't have speed their legs were like tree trunks!!.

but don't only take my word for it only, ask any other boxing coach in your area, I'm sure they'll tell you the same.
Yup you know how all the pros do it because you are the man! I am a clown lol!

First - highlight where I said somethign about legs.
Second - he said he started boxing as I remember, and training boxing is more than enough for legs, unless you are "PRO" bro. don't embarass yourself

It's different for different people, I do VERY LITTLE weight lifting, and a lot of plyometrics, body weight ****. When I was ~150 pounds I was told I hit very hard for my weight, I weigh 160 now and hit harder, I'm also Big for my height 5'9, I wanted to fight at 141, but thats not going to happen.

              Oh for **** sake!

Why are people so backward when it comes to weights and boxing, same **** comes up every time.

You don't have to be a pro to add strength training in your routine!
