Does your schedule need to be if all you're doing is practicing form? No physical work outs, only jumprope and burst rounds. I have a tendency of letting myself slip up and not practicing for a couple days. I want to start amateur fighting towards the end of this year(nov-dec.) I started boxing in october of 10'
I understand that everyday I don't practice its like taking a step backwards but for some reason I say "I'll do it in 10 minutes" next thing you know, the day is over and its time to sleep...I guess I'm looking for a little guidance and help here.
