Protein Shakes: Only on days u lift weights or everyday?

well depends. the main advantage of protein shakes is the protein can be used quickly so they are good after workous. on rest days you still need the protein but not as fast. so i personaly just eat more protein rich food. but if you are short on protein in your normal diet have one

I have one in the morning after my morning run, mixed with rasberries and blueberries,oatmeal, creatine and glutamine. Then I have another in the evening after boxing class, same mix but instead of the fruit, I have about 60 grams of dextrose and no oatmeal
