I have really shot up in weight recently and im trying to lose some fat. I usually drink around 2-4 pints of whole milk a day. Is this bad if i want to lose weight?

Switch to semi skimmed, thats too much milk.
Drink more water/fresh juice, have a pint of milk as your weekly treat if you love it that much.
