    [HELP]-Install Double End Bag

i dave been wanting to install one for a while now, but have been discouraged due to the install
i'v came real close to buying a ringside cobra reflex bag, just so i dont have to deal with the install.
im looking to install this in a in-home garage. i havnt been able to find any toutorials or instructions; can u brahs help?

im planning on just using a weight to pin the bottom end of the d/e, but i dont know how to best install a ceiling anchor, what kind of screw/anchor to use, how secure typically from falling from the ceiling (lol, srs), ect.?

i am expierence with using a d/e; hence why i havnt bought the cobra yet

ps - how is the cobra?

The cheapest option is a tech screw into the strap but you could go to the effort of putting a proper fitting into the ceiling that you could hook it up to.

weights on the bottom is fine and works well (as long as there is enough weight).

its very simple....ceiling--->get an eye hook and screw it into a wooden beam thats secure...floor--->use a weight to secure on the floor, set up the straps and your done...dont get the cobra bag...not even close to the same, also youtube double end bag videos and youll see everyone has a little different set up (especially on tension and height) but as far as set up its very simple and all the same...secure in the ceiling and secure at the bottom

and the just screw this into the ceiling?(can u please post a picture of a eye hook, so to ensure we're on the same page? i tryd but can post pictures until 15 posts) will this be secure enough to endure constant abuse and the momentum of the bag whiplashing around?

after i find a way to screw a base into a ceiling beam whats next?
do i have to buy rope and bungee cords, or will a d/e bag come with them, bc im planning on buying 1 offline?

if you are lookin to spend a little more scratch i use the cleto reyes bag, this bag is unbelievable.. other than that i like the standard ringside bag..i like these bags because of the quality of leather and they have no seams...i find myself blasting my dble end bags at random times..its kinda addicting, but i dont always use gloves, so the lack of wraps helps...dont order reyes from ringside.
