Just looking for a little advice on my boxing skills really, and some drills to dry on the floor to ceiling ball (which I have upgraded since this vid).
I have trained in BJJ and Judo for the majority of my life, but have thought about doing some mma and boxing. I aint ever been to a club, so I know there will be evident holes in my work.
Both vids were shot at home after the gym (weights) so the shoulders are a little sore – but no excuses. The first vid – is more all round I guess, and the second is more speed, accuracy and evasion. Let me know what you think, and what I can work on? I am trying to get a heavy bag vid on aswell, for power,
