    Sauna Suits

Also thinking about introducing a sauna suit work out once or twice a week. Never used one before. Can anyone recommend best / preferred brand, the cheap blue Everlast ones looks awful, and there's a few options on Ringside / Title sites. I don't wanna spend too much, but would prefer to go with a boxing brand.

And any tips on using one.. t-shirt & shorts or not, how long to wear it for, which part of workout to wear it for, etc.???

    Thx

Any weight you lose with one will just be water weight that you will put back on as soon as you eat/drink. They're only useful right before you have to weigh in if you have to drop a couple pounds fast.
