Ok did some measuring and weighing TODAY, and came to these results.
5'10 Height
200 pounds Weight.
Sorry i gave you guys incorrect weight and height it was a rough estimation.
Ok, So my plan is to get my cardio up, start off running 2 miles every other day for a couple weeks so i can drop some weight prob down to the lower 190's and start doing muscle work outs in between the days i run ( so i have time to heal the specific muscle groups ). While doing my physical fitness tho, i need some skill work outs, so i can get my boxing up. Any ideas??? I was thinking about using 5 pound hand weights and shadow boxing in the mirror and doing some combos. Any advice or if someone would like to train me is openly welcome!!
thanks for the info so far guys

OK bro i am gonna take u seriously here and these are my tips for you.
Step 1: Join a boxing gym, a serious one. With amateur and pros in there ! thats a big big big step.
step 2: start running and running and running day in and day out, i believe you are in shape but not in boxing shape, the body of a boxer its very different from a football or gym, i used to do a lot of weights and i am 5´7 i competed in a bodybuilding show when i was 17 and i was 185lbs now i fight at 140. And i still look kind of bulky.
step 3: Get some amateur experience ASAP it doesnt matter if u lose thats what amateur its for. Getting used to the nerves of being up there more than anything else. This step its the one that its gonna prove it u have the Champ mentality that u talk about or if boxing its not ur sport. Many guys quit the first time somebody woop their asses. I had mine wooped i know it but i was young and i am better now.
step 4: turn pro ! And follow ur dream bro ! I am 23 and i debuted last year and i think i am doing ok ! ( i started boxing when i was 15 but didnt take it seriously till i was like 18)
step 5: GET A GOOD MANAGER !
there u go broall u need to be a champ. It aint that hard ....
hahahahahahah
