Burpees bro, they absolutely shred calories.I went from 205 to 183 in 2 months on a low calorie diet & burpees alone. Also went from benching around 185 to 230,but I felt like I could do more,if I had more weights.Look up burpees online there are a lot of different kinds & they work!!

My point was that you don't burn more fat with one exercise than another, really. Maybe a negligible amount here and there, but what it comes down to is intensity and amount of exercise performed.

Short answer? Run. And do burpees.

But it won't do a damn thing if you eat more calories than you burn. Which brings me back to square one: The exercise isn't the important thing. You can burn fat by doing sledgehammer swings, situps, bench pressing, wanking, whatever. Calories in vs. calories out is what matters. Lately I've dropped 20lb just by eating less.
this guys shrewd but hes right...being lean is all about the diet

Personally, I just cut back on fat and use carb timing. I try to take in roughly the same amount of protein I normally would, but to be honest muscle wasn't ever a concern for me since I didn't have a lot to begin with. And I've always had a pretty easy time adding muscle and strength when I lift, so if I lose a little here and there while cutting it's not a big deal for me since I can always get it back.

But if you really want to keep all that muscle, it's probably best to cut weight really really slowly. Just eating like you normally do, but cutting back enough to have a very small calorie deficit.

Should we obsess over protein intake?

This is what really gets me, I focus way too much on counting protein and drives me nuts.
