simple reply - no. What's healthy? We all need some fat for brain activity and organ function but, as you know, too much fat is not good in the long run (even if you are able to maintain your weight).
So - what else do you eat?
You know what's simple? Cook beans, keep them in the fridge. Come home, start some rice, heat the beans, take a shower and change, make a salad and in 20 minutes you're clean, changed and dinner is ready.
