        mainly yes...but i went to my friend's mma gym and i did a bag on an angle ufc bag and the thing ****** was to hard below and soft on the upper part...and don't get me started of in their gloves....

          you'll be paying extra for the UFC name

          if you're ok with that it looks to be a high quality heavybag


          the heavybag is much less important than the glvoes you use

          which are much less imporant than the size of the glove and the way your hands are wrapped and your knuckles are padded

            the gym i used to go to hard a small ufc punchbag like that one but i think it might have only been 2ft but it was solid and quite heavy, which i liked, i dont know what it was made of but it was strong.

            and they had a fit-box bag like that ergo one and i think one of the straps had ripped off, but they bag itself was good. someone on here said that ergo bags were at his gym and said they were good but i dont think he had that one
