  • Weight routine!!!!!!

    I need a weight routine to lose alot weight at the gym, any recommendation, I am 6'1'' and weight 237.6, I really need help.

          it is simple, coca cola, fried chicken, french fries, hamburgers, pizza, all the good staff, but I already take out of my diet the french fries, hamburgers, pizza

            Eliminate the good staff, replace it with less good staff and go play pick up games at the park in the sport of your choice.

            Like you could still eat pizza and hamburgers but just do it less often. As long as you're playing ball or rollerblading it won't matter. But you gotta do it 4 times a week and do it at high intensity. If you go play but do it like a limp ****ed faggot it won't work.



            And don't eat anything too massive after 7 pm.

            That should do the trick.

              I go to the gym 4 times a week, and I do taekwondo 2 times a week, taekwondo is a pretty good cardio but I need some extra in the gym

                fuck the gym.

                Go to the park and play a sport where other people force you to move faster than you want to.

                Drop your gym membership and do pushups, dips, and squats at home.

                That's all you need.

                  I really appreciate your commends and I have read books about home training, like the work outs a lot of people do in jail; and I respect that but I feel comfortable at the gym and it is fun for me.
