I need a weight routine to lose alot weight at the gym, any recommendation, I am 6'1'' and weight 237.6, I really need help.

Like you could still eat pizza and hamburgers but just do it less often. As long as you're playing ball or rollerblading it won't matter. But you gotta do it 4 times a week and do it at high intensity. If you go play but do it like a limp ****ed faggot it won't work.
And don't eat anything too massive after 7 pm.
That should do the trick.

Go to the park and play a sport where other people force you to move faster than you want to.
Drop your gym membership and do pushups, dips, and squats at home.
That's all you need.
